I was eating lunch in a restaurant downtown when I began to feel very lightheaded. Soon I knew I was going to pass out. I could not stop it; I passed out.

I am a heart patient and an ambulance took me to this hospital. I was released five hours later; they had done tests given me some anti-nausea meds. They did troponins as is customary when heart attack is suspected.

I had no treatment; I slept it off and was lucky to survive. They hid all records. I grabbed my original EKG as this hospital has lied hid records and falsified them like here on this site. The EKG was obviously abnormal.

I saw my PCP, Geneva Salinas who once was a wonderful doc and is now just a corporate tool. She ALSO hid my records. While sitting in her office I wanted to know results of my troponins. The nurse said patient portal although I was sitting right there.

I have been denied my records which is illegal so I wrote a note firing her. I complained to the health department.

Yesterday I received a certified letter; they discharged me from their practice! It was signed by the office manager and obviously was motivated by my hostility towards Mountain View.

Doctors do pick and choose who they treat now. Have heard from quite a few now denied treatment non medical reasons.
